"The TV in our room never worked properly. I told the front desk the first day and asked again. No one ever came to check the TV. It was out of focus. Also, the site advertised free breakfast and a pool; there was no breakfast at all… not even coffee in lobby and the pool was drained. The staff did not offer alternatives to breakfast even though there was a place attached to one part of the hotel. I thought it was closed. My room was clean but the stairs and outside was not swept and sloppy....

"The staff was rude while checking in. The tv in the room kept shutting off and turning back on none stop. The front desk set maintenance to switch tv out but all they kept doing was trying to fix it. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night, crazy loud. No fire! The pool was great! The access to the beach was wonderful!! Fixed feelings about this place."

"Despite the outside looking sketchy, it was pretty nice inside. I wish we were given a DND sign, as we kept getting visited by maintenance. No issue, I can understand. You pretty much get what you paid for. There wasn’t much provided in the bathroom, I guess only the “needs” but conditioner and body wash would’ve been nice😅 Other than that, it’s a pretty affordable place to stay that’s very near the beach without needing to pay for parking at the beach, as you can just walk 5 minutes and be there."

"Everything was dirty all the hallways smelled like piss. People were constantly screaming or slamming stuff. The pools were filled with dead bugs and hair nothing was clean. There was burn holes all through the room. Parking was awful. There was never enough room for all the cars that stayed and there parking garage was steep hills and you had to go up and down the same way and couldn’t see if someone was coming up or down and it was not wide enough for two cars. Barely wide enough for one. And if u have any kind of larger car do not go up to the second or third floor of the garage you WILL hit the top and damage your car."

"The hotel was clean, modern look with enough parking spots available outside but with a surcharge. Valet parking was available. Check in was fast and easy. Room was clean, beds comfortable and soft and bathroom was clean and nice. Shower was fi e and water pressure was ok. Breakfast buffet was delicious. The omelet station was great. The food selection was just enough but not enormous. Servers were friendly and prompt. Didn't use the bar or restaurants. Souvenir store was nice with good selection of food and small souvenirs. Pool was clean and there was poolside bar. The beach is right behind the hotel. Overall a nice comfortable and quiet place to stay. Strongly recommended."

"Yo por supuesto que voy a regresar por nada me perdería ese amanecer frente al mar ,todo de ese hotel me gustó pero sobre todo la amabilidad de de todas esa personas que trabajan ahí desde el primero que te encuentras hasta el último que ves cuando ya no quieres pero te tienes que ir , excelente atención y servicios si tienes niños ahí es el lugar mucha deversion para ellos , así que te lo recomiendo!!!!"
