"I was very disappointed with the room and hotel services. I was given a room on the 1st floor by the dumpster and i had to keep my curtains closed as people could look into my room as they dumped trash or walked down the stairs,. Although the hotel provided a coffee maker they did not provide water or creamer. They did not provide glasses for drinking and the cups were very absorbent.and became almost useless when drinking anything."

"The staff at check on was very cordial and service oriented. My room was exquisite. The structure was kind of quirky on its layout, a dated design but the finishes were current and the guest toiletries were of good quality."

"Fantastic hotel and location for a great vacation! They have very nice accommodations, friendly staff, outdoor pools, beach, tiki bars as well as high-end dining and is located next to a beautiful walkable marina. It has something for everyone! Great location to so many other activities too. "

"Everything was perfect! All the staff were so pleasant. The front desk man was professional, helpful and efficient! Madison was our server for dinner at the Tiki Hut then again for breakfast! She was a very hard worker, attentive and got everything correctly, all with a smile! The Beach House is fortunate to have her as an employee, she far exceeded her job description! P.S. the beds and pillows were super comfortable!"
