I had a great stay at the hotel, very conviently situated as it was near the main sites. The terrace restaurant had fantastic views of the surrounding areas. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Superb customer service from lovely staff; the indoor cave pool was fantastic and we usually had it to ourselves; breakfast was excellent as was the restaurant for dinner. All in all, a top notch experience.

Brilliant hotel, excellent staff, the staff at the door were brilliant. Cannot fault this hotel, has woman only swimming which is great as no hotel as i am aware off has this facility. The architecture, the welcome drinks and dates, all absolutely brilliant, will come back again for sure.

A family of four. Two teenagers in their own room. We booked two executive ocean rooms in the Al Qars . The upgrade was excellent value as your picked up at the airport, you can eat and drink in the executive or premium lounge and you have your own concierge. The staff all call you by your name and they genuinely make an effort to be personal and authentic. Great hotel, excellent breakfast. Very good location for restaurants and walks into the old town and the coast. Excellent views from the hotel. Swimming pools are lovely, although banning smoking around the pools themselves would be a plus (likewise on the lobby balcony). Overall a fabulous place to stay.

Love there is no nightclub in the hotel so always have a good night sleep

Reception staff in this hotel were really helpful & supportive Rooms were spacious, clean & well maintained The only thing was the dostance from closest shopping centre & local restaurants but taxi was available & unlike cetral Istanbul taxi drivers were really polite & local restaurants in Arnavutkoy very good: reasonable prices & good food. Best option for me to stay overnight to catch flights
