"Everyone was super nice very helpful i was in love with beirut when i arrived cause of the people in the hotel how welcoming they were but they need more breakfast variety and the room floor and curtains need to be washed or changed it very dusty other than that it a very good hotel and the staff in all department are more than nice and definitely i will go to that hotel again"

"I stayed at heritage hotel in November, this hotel has an amazing and close view of the Burj , very close to dubai mall, close to food courts, rooms were clean, maintained every day, the staff were very courteous and kind enough to bring our food deliveries to our room everyday, room service was very quick too.
