Room was spacious, with amenities that we liked. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was very clean. Restaurant food was tasty and there were ample choices. "Ate food at the Thai restaurant and the Pad Kha soup was expensive and unappetizing. It was full of lemon grass stalks and galagan root. I got both in every bite. When I pointed it out, they said this is how it is supposed to be. I’ve had the soup many times before at various places but never this bad. At the end of my not so good meal, they wouldn’t let me charge it to my room. They had to send someone with me to my room to collect the payment. Since when did this rule start?"
