This was my first stay here. Everything was simply wonderful. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nagpur. Everyone—from the front desk and restaurant staff to the housekeeping team—was incredibly friendly. I’ll definitely be staying here again next time. A special thank you to Mr. Abhuit and the restaurant staff for the surprise they arranged on the day of my departure!! It made for a wonderful memory of my time in Nagpur.

Wonderfully helpful staff from security at the front gate through the housekeeping to reception and dining room staff. For breakfast I asked if there was any peppermint tea and was told sadly not, but 10 minutes later the staff had sourced some so my breakfast was perfect

The breakfast was great. They have too few breakfast staff who can help guests, and they do need to be trained further on guest interaction etiquette. The car check is as irksome as it is ineffective. Real security means doing checks _before_ pulling into the hotel premises. Many other improvements can be imagined, but let's keep this short. Compared to other hotels in India it's very good, and superb if you enjoy an antiquated experience.

Visiting from New York with my family, was surprised to experience great standards and quality of accomodation and service, Our favorite was the morning Breakfast with tons of delicious selection of food and service.
