"We arrived late after a long train journey to be told by the duty manager that we cannot stay as we are foreigners. "In the Bathroom seat of comode was broken and in spite of my repeated requests they didn't fix it. One of the window was also broken which they temporarily covered with paper but plenty of sound and polluted air was coming to the room. There's is no facilities for tea coffee making in the room.     This hotel is not what it looks in the picture. I booked this hotel and when I went there the room was not what it looked in the pictures The room is horrible, washroom is extremely dirty The main Door was broken too And mind you this was an executive room We checked out immediately and thought Expedia will help us retrieve the money we spent. But the hotel has a non refundable policy so we didn't get any thing. I will write about this place everywhere I can so no one else suffers what we went through The hotel is situated in a narrow busy area. It is very bad if you are coming from a different country We checked in at an adjacent hotel and it was like heaven (hotel president) โ€ฆ

    Ok to survive for peopy with no option. Staff is friendly but still need improvement. Rooms cleaning is not proper. They donโ€™t provide fresh towels every day. Also soap is available only when you ask. No shampoo etc. No bedsheets, just covers and that too are torn ones.โ€ฆ
