"Walking into the reception, there was a strong stench.

Staff did everything to fix this before allotting a different room where fridge was not functioning & there was no hot water kettle to prepare tea "
"Staff at check in was great. The room is very small. It’s not really 3 star. It’s okay clean. Power went out 3 times at night, first time for 30 minutes, which was a pain. No AC, no sleep if you are using CPAP. Windows are not properly sealed, it’s loud from nearby road, enough to wake you up. The night/early morning staff was super rude when my wife and kids came to room for 15 minutes before leaving for airport."
