They really went the extra mile to help us with everything we needed when Qatar Airways lost our checked in luggage underway. "This was my 3rd stay at this establishment in the last 6 months. On this particular trip, I enjoyed the faculty and all its amenities. The breakfast buffet staff especially the supervisor of that restaurant is rude, mannerless and has no idea of hospitality and customer service.
