The whole experience was unreal and I'm not sure I can holiday anywhere else with kids ever again. The kids club, activities, staff, food, spa, pool, room - EVERYTHING was amazing. If you're English and worried about language barriers for the kids, we had no issues, all the staff speak great english and at dinner you get a set table which is near other English speaking families to easily make friends. A couple of the kids shows are in Italian but our toddler still loved them and all the outings...

We visited Hotel Bania on a recommendation from a friend and it was utterly sensational. The hotel is comfortable, with a natural flow and guest journey. There are shared small kitchens on each floor which are so convenient for preparing a snack; it’s a microwave and sink but really useful to have available! Lovely hotel in a beautiful location. The room was spacious and very tastefully decorate. It's on the hill (mountain?) and the whole surrounding is very tranquil. Helpful and friendly staff. Everything was perfect.

The hotel is brand new. We were the sixth guests to check in. The hotel looks amazing and the staff were so excited to be working there. Great facilities and excellent service.

The hotel is beautiful throughout, the choice of pools is amazing, the location is clean safe and a short walk to beaches and restaurants, the staff are so helpful and friendly. One of the best hotels we've ever been to.

Our second stay at this hotel and truly lovely. Fantastic staff who make this hotel what it is. Brilliantly situated for the restaurants of Ortigia where you are spoilt for choice. You’ll struggle to do better if you are in the area.

Greatly enjoyed my few days at this lovely, well run hotel. It has a colonial vibe and the staff are very professional and friendly. Came for the IM 70.3 race, absolutely superb stay here. Very luxurious, incredible views whrr we ever you looked. Even the sauna and infinity pools had a view. Highly recommended

Set in a stunning location easily located by car. Underground secure parking with easy access to hotel. Check in process was good but could definitely have benefited from a tour of all the facilities and given more information about what was and wasn't allowed. The aqua dome itself is stunning though overrun with children during the daytime. Superb luxury hotel .. right on the Loch yet 20 miles or so from Glasgow . Very top end spot yet totally unpretentious . Lots of restaurants and bars , great well appointed room and a common theme of professional staff in all areas of the hotel . Our room was very nice, well appointed with good storage and en-suite and we had a nice Loch view .
