"One annoying experience was that the security person forbade me from using my camera to take photos of my family in the hotel lobby and restaurant alleging that the use of a camera was not allowed by hotel policy and I could only use my phone to take pictures "

"This was a great location for a first trip to London. Easy access to the subway, so close to covent garden markets, and walkable to other interesting areas as well. The big red bus stop is also just outside the doors. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good. I would stay here again!"
