"Rooms floor was so dirty had to keep our shoes on the whole time, the hot tub was super crowded we barely got to sit and there was a bunch of drunkies in it, we couldn’t park underground when I told the staff he said “first come first serve” so we had to park 10 mins down the road and walk all the way there because we couldn’t find parking took us 30 minutes to find parking, also the beds weren’t in the best condition woke up and our backs were hurting "

"Breakfast was good, clean room definitely seeing the aging of the hotel will go somewhere else next time, and outdoor pool was past overdue of a service "

"Room was smaller than expected, Extra parking fee was not mentioned at time of booking and was very high, property details said full breakfast available but was not mentioned at time of booking that this was an extra charge as well. Pool was freezing and looked merky/no clean. Jets were not working in the hot tub. Hotel is very dated."

"PROs: Rooms are a great size and connected to the train station CONs: Coldest pool I have been in and Im Canadian. Extremely cold. Room carpets are due to be changed out. Resort is getting dated so they should remove the resort fees."

"Only stayed for one night and it was ok. Breakfast didn’t open till 8, which was a little late if you wanted to be at the hill early. No place to buy water on the grounds, only vending machines that were completely out of water. Other than that it was pretty good for the price."
