"This hotel is a little gem, minutes walk away from Wembley stadium and the train station. I was positively surprised by the spacious double room, the bed was very comfortable and it was nice to have the big telly, good bathroom and the coffee/tea station & fridge with water in it. I will definitely stay here in future and I can heartily recommend this hotel. I didn't use breakfast or business facilities so I can't say anything about those."

"The sat nav sent me to the wrong entry, found it eventually though. Its positioned in an odd area, like a massive industrial estate so there isn't much nearby. However, was a good price and the room was adequate (although noisy at night so bring earplugs) and fantastic for getting to Wembley. Free, secure onsite parking was a bonus. There is a big Asda (with a maccas, never seen that before!), and a greggs about a 10 min walk. Off licence by Harlesden station. Would defo stay again if I needed to attend an event at Wembley."

"Room was spacious comfortable and clean bathroom spotless did have marks on the marble but an apology on a card for that,which was a nice touch,the bed was comfortable it was perfect for the venue a 5 minuite walk good breakfast excellent choice and quality food. A bit worried about the parking as I registered the vehicle with the hotel it cosr 15 pounds which was to me acceptable good value for money especially in London. Very good stay very happy customer "

"Stayed for 11 days and never cleaned, answer my questions about rubbish or change my towels or sheets. WiFi was bad."

"I have stayed in London many times over the years and would say that, for the money, this was the worst experience I have ever had. The staff was barely civil and the whole hotel felt extremely run-down. The room was in need of painting and several things were not working. I could only find one functional electrical outlet, the TV was not operational (turns out the cable had been unplugged), and the safe's mechanism was pulled away from the door -- the batteries were lying in the safe, and the door could not close as it was misaligned. The heated towel racks weren't working and when I asked about them, I was told they had been disabled throughout the hotel as they were a safety hazard. (A sign indicating that might have been nice.) The drawers to the desk wouldn't close properly and there was a slight odor throughout. When I requested a new room, the staff grudgingly agreed. The new room was marginally better - at least the TV worked. In addition, there is no food available at the hotel, not even vending machines. I was very glad I was only staying the one night. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. "
