"The hotel is in a great location. Definitely pay for the park view rooms as it is beautiful and the view the other way overlooks a roof top in disrepair. Breakfast was very good. Easy walk to the underground station as most touristy spots are a few stops away. Kensington High Street has a lot of options for food and is clean. Front desk staff very helpful and pleasant. I recommend staying here is you want to stay in the Kensington area."

"Visited this hotel 10 years ago. Was so fresh back then and clean. Now real bad. Property needs full overhaul. Bath overflow was disgusting. Black hair like material sticking out. Windows dirty and surrounds cracked. Very disappointed"

"AC kept room cool, beds are just doubles not queen's or kings, bathroom is a weird configuration with the toilet right against the wall at least you wouldn't fall off, breakfast so so, scrambled eggs definitely real runny not the way we cook them in Canada"

The hotel has reduced what it offers guests in the executive lounge and allows children . There was no extra America in the bathroom . Mini bar was empty . There was no record player or guitar in our suite and the view was and external view . So overall not worth it anymore "
