"Property was good It’s in the middle "

"Really cool place, the pictures don't do it justice, very comfy! Be London are very nice and helpful, I used a code to enter the apartment which was great to not have to have keys. The area is quite quiet, it's a little walk to Camden or King's Cross but I preferred that to being on top of the noise and busy touristy areas."

"Upon arrival the first thing we noticed was the pile of trash (a couple feet high) stretching across the entire front of the building and impeding the walkway to the entrance. The floors were dirty, the beds, showers, and floors had hair and gum. "Clean and very comfortable"

"We have stayed about 20+ times at this hotel and this was very disappointing. No glasses for drinking water, tea and coffee had not been refilled and there was no milk! Room was their usual high quality but no tea/coffee marred the stay."
