"Upon arrival the first thing we noticed was the pile of trash (a couple feet high) stretching across the entire front of the building and impeding the walkway to the entrance. "Clean and very comfortable"

"We have stayed about 20+ times at this hotel and this was very disappointing. No glasses for drinking water, tea and coffee had not been refilled and there was no milk! Room was their usual high quality but no tea/coffee marred the stay."
