"Couldn't stay due to sewage problems. Transferred to other property but that had no running water. Staff tried valiantly to help, but unfortunately standard of facilities was bad."

"Loved the hotel & its position just a few minutes walk from Belgravia, Mayfair, Chelsea, Pimlico, Buckingham Palace & St James's park etc - The amazing & beautiful Westminster Cathedral is right around the corner and is a MUST VISIT - the hotel was lovely, modern, excepetionally clean & our room was all of those things & quite spacious too - Breakfast was included for us & set us up for the days out at the football, and for all sightseeing we managed - will definetly be back."

"The room was very small and dated, the air conditioning was not working and had to ask for a fan, the room temperature at night was 27.5 degrees and too hot to sleep. It was unbearable and had to go out of the room onto the corridor for some fresh air. I have never been in a room that is 4 star before and could not sleep. I would not stop here again. There was no fridge to keep our water cool. The restaurant was nice to sit outside."

"The location of this property is amazing! Being able to step out your front door onto Piccadilly Circus is worth the small inconveniences that come with a hotel room that is stripped back to basics. The bathroom situation suits couples, but isn’t ideal for a scenario where the people sharing a room aren’t romantically involved. We were also disappointed that we could only have 1 pillow on each bed (requested a second but denied because they didn’t have enough)."
