"Poor customer service and unhelpful staff"

"Considering the central location in London, we had a surprisingly quiet room. There was the exception of a couple of room doors slamming shut at night, though not too late, presumably because they're all fire safety doors. The bed was very large and fairly comfortable. Though the footprint of the room wasn't huge, it felt very spacious because of the lovely high ceilings, and the decor was contemporary and attractive. The bathroom was small but clean and functional. The tap was a bit loose but not a problem. It would've been useful to have a hook or two on the door to hang clothes etc on. AC worked very well and cooled the room quickly. Overall a very pleasant stay, and for the price, we'll probably come back when next in London."

"The hotel was decent with friendly staff. I paid extra for an upgrade to the corner suite, but it was disappointing — dirty window with a big awkward beam blocking the view, sofa not facing the TV, cheap desk in the middle of the room, and the beds weren’t amazing either. Plus the fire alarm went off twice at 7am. The VIP lounge had minimal options and no atmosphere, but the sky bar was amazing, clean, and had a great vibe."

"The hotel was very close to the rail system. It also offered food service to your room (stopping late evening) there is a bar and restaurant as well. The only issue we had was the AC was not cooling the room. We had to request a fan b/c we weren’t getting any sleep. Otherwise, it was a very good stay"
