"For claiming to be a boutique hotel, I'm left wondering what makes it so. I've stayed various times now but the value-price ratio is declining with each visit. The rooms are not equipped with anything that the ibis doesn't have and most inconvenient, there is only 1 UK power outlet unless one unplugs the TV (the lamps on the night stand have a non UK power outlet I've not seen before(?), no USB outlets either, which is increasingly becoming standard in all hotel rooms. The staff always comes across as if they can't bother/ acting blasé and I don't feel being a valued client even after several stays. I am very disappointed in the lack of sustainability measures the hotel is taking e.g. offering a non-sensical explanation as to why the bathroom light is on 24/7 in the 'accessible room', the towels are changed every single day even if properly hung up. I don't think I'll stay again tbh. "

"For the price we paid this hotel was excellent value. Entrance to hotel is smart and modern, very helpful staff. Our room on top floor was small but perfectly adequate for our needs. Good location - underground and buses all nearby. Would certainly choose this hotel again for short stays in London."

"Ideal for if you just need a clean, cozy place to sleep at the end of the night. Located in one of London's most expensive neighborhoods, it has the accessibility of 3 tube lines right down the block. There are also 4 supermarkets just downstairs, and a plethora of restaurants and shops in the area. It's on a busy street and never did it feel unsafe. The room was generally very clean and big with a comfy bed and adjustable AC, but has atypical misses. There is a Bluetooth speaker and a guitar amp, but face towels and slippers have to be purchased from the vending machines on select floors. Housekeeping had only come once in a course of a week. The glass box shower provided little insulation and water poured out onto the floor. Its layout provided little help since it shared a space with the toilet, but the sink was outside in the room. With the toiletry bottles secured to the wall, you then have to leave the shower area to get to the lotion and hairdryer. There was also mold behind the hand shower. For light sleepers, the sound of other rooms using the toilet may result in you waking from hearing water run through the pipes. It's not the worst since there was little door slamming or hearing people in the hallway. Generally, decent for if you're staying solo. May be difficult for those sensitive to noise or sharing a very transparent restroom with others."

"Clean room. Everything you need in a hotel room. Pool situation is annoying, went in the evening too book but was told to just come down in the morning before 9am and it be okay. Arrive at to swim at 8:30 and was told we should of booked, explained we tried to last night and was told last night it be okay but was told no you have to come down at 6am to book for rhe day, you cant do it the night before.. and the "sauramraium was not hot" as thw door was faultly and did not shut. It was also annoying that they decied to replace thw hallway carpet during our stay with no prior notice/warning. so was awoken early 2 out of the 3 mornings to building work and met wirh carpet dust when leaving."
