The only problem that I had was, I ordered a pizza from room service that was marked up as being hand made with chicken, choretho and halepinos. The pizza that was delivered was an obvious one that you can buy cheaply from Tesco's. It had a stuffed crust filled with tomato sauce, that was not on the menu and no halepinos. "The hotel was charming, the garden rooms were lovely and the garden beautiful. My room was overlooking the garden and very spacious. It needed airing and had a slight feel of neglect, probably due a refresh but still comfortable.Tea/coffee making facilities were in the room and the orange and apples were a nice touch. I paid £14.95 for breakfast but it was disappointing. Fried eggs were kept warm and the yolks hard, no hash browns, so very lacking in hot choices and a very inadequate drinks...

"Noise from within the hotel during the night. Thin walls? When the fire alarm sounded in the night, guests gathered at the front of the hotel. It was quite some time before any staff appeared to offer guidance and explanations. The 'Deluxe Queen Room' on arrival was nothing like the picture when booked. The lack of a shower was strange: the bath mixer taps were extremely temperamental."
