I was moved to another room that didn't have any spiders. Apart from the spiders, the cleanliness of the rooms, kitchen and bathroom seemed fine. Compared to a cost of a hotel, this was very good value for money. "

"The property was ideal for us as an overnight stop over & had all the facilities we needed. Lovely location & views. We had an initial glitch when we arrived as someone was already in the pod we had been allocated & weren't very welcoming to us. After a quick phone call to the owners all was resolved very quickly"

"We booked this property as the picture on website looked nice. It said we would share bathroom only with people in our party, this was booked as non-refundable. We only book properties with en-suite usually but as said it would only be shared with our party. Once booking came through I checked the postcode and found that the property was down a private road which you could not view on google maps. On arrival after a day of travelling the Norfolk coast, we found ourselves outside a Bungalow which...
