Haven Riviera Cancun - All Inclusive - Adults Only

"My husband and I chose this resort based on the reviews, and I’ll admit we were both a little nervous at first. However, as soon as we arrived, we were able to relax and enjoy our vacation! The staff was amazing, the room was beautiful, the amenities were great, and the food was absolutely delicious. Our only disappointment was the ocean water, but that was due to the time of year we chose to visit. Other than that, our experience was AMAZING! We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this resort to others!"

"Nice Hotel, but Disappointing Overall Experience Overall, our stay was nice, but several things need improvement. The rooms are outdated, and the Wi-Fi was terrible, constantly disconnecting. The hotel is very strict about who enters, yet that same attention doesn’t seem to apply to guest behavior and safety. The ocean water was also brown and unclear due to the recent hurricane and rain. I understand this is beyond the hotel’s control, but it’s worth mentioning. What disappointed us most was an altercation on our last day with a guest who felt entitled to reserve beach chairs for hours without using them. He even claimed this was basically “his hotel” and that he could reserve whatever he wanted. These amenities should be available to all guests, regardless of which tower they’re staying in. Worse, he made threatening gestures toward my brother and me. We reported this to staff, who promised to address it, but from what we observed, nothing was done. The hotel needs clearer rules about reserving chairs and better enforcement. No guest should feel entitled to shared spaces or intimidate others. Although we met some kind people, the overall atmosphere wasn’t welcoming. We came to enjoy a family vacation but left disappointed, especially by the lack of staff intervention. I hope management takes guest safety and feedback more seriously."

"I wish the dining rooms are air conditioned. It gets very hot and uncomfortable especially during lunch time at buffet places. Staff are fri but beware of sales pitches everywhere. Love the Sunset grill, their steak is delicious and love the open outdoor seating. I wish the hotel provided more activities for guests."
Temptation Cancun Resort All Inclusive - Adults Only

"I stayed at Temptation Resort in August and had a great time! I really enjoyed the atmosphere and overall experience. One suggestion I have is to keep the pools open later at night and offer nighttime pool parties with music, entertainment, and swimming. I think this would be a great addition and make the resort even more fun, especially for guests who want to continue enjoying the pool after dark. Overall, I had a wonderful time and would definitely return!"
