"The property is pretty run down since the last time I stayed here. The main thing you should know is the hotel charges an extra $50/night at checkout on top of whatever rate you booked at for some sort of ‘amenities fee’…so be aware. The first morning I woke up there was loud concrete drilling sound below my room. The staff said it should ‘only be a hour or so’ not apologetic in any way. The staff are not hospitality professionals and have zero interest in your stay. There are also several adjacent roof top bars that play dance music until late every night…probably normal for this area, but be warned. My stay was about $2k for 4 nights…there’s so many hotels in the area you can likely do much better than this one."

"The room was very clean, but had a night light in the bathroom that could not be truned off. The bathroom had a glass door, so the room was illuminated by the night light all night. The AC had trouble keeping the room cool when the temperature went over 90 F in the city. The Breakfast was very good. The location is excellent. It is very close to Time Square and is right in the heart of the theater district."

"The staff was very helpful and friendly! One of us uses a wheelchair (ambulatory wheelchair user), and the elevator and room was accessible for us. It might not be accessible for someone who is not ambulatory, depending on the width of the wheelchair, because it is kind of a tight space (but we knew that's how it is in NYC!). The location was good, because it was easy to get into and out of taxis on Suffolk Street. There is a nice playground just a few blocks away that my son liked. Check-in was quick and easy. I thought the rate was decent for being in the city, especially when I compared it to other hotels nearby. There are several places to eat very close to the hotel, and you can also order from the hotel restaurant. One of us used the subway, and there is a station that is very close and convenient, just up Delancy street a little over a block away. All in all, I would stay at this hotel again! The front desk staff was super nice!"

"I was disappointed as the room was not like the pictures, but maybe that just because I was put on the second floor so the balcony was more of a patio with walls around it. The room had a bathtub that wouldn't plug so I had to use a handheld shower head to bathe which was weird."
