"Hotel reception staff were very welcoming. We asked to change our room as the first one smelt of smoke but this was done very quickly. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed for a one night stay. The breakfast was good too - mostly buffet but we requested a vegetarian version from the menu which was nice. Parking was available right outside, a bit expensive but it was good for a central London hotel that there was some. Thank you. "

Seperate area cordoned off with help yourself food, cooked in the restaurant, and beer, wine and soft drinks. Lots of attentive staff as well. We had slight difficulty when checking in as the member of staff seemed to struggle to understand us so the express check out was useful. Overall, a well-located and comfortable hotel. "
