"Very good. Clean and comfortable. Great location, near Tower of London and Tower Hill tube station for easy access to downtown. Plenty of places to eat and drink very close by. We really appreciated the front desk clerk who arranged for early access to our room, having arrived early in the morning on an overnight flight. Only complaint was that one of the two elevators was out of service for the entire 8 days we stayed there. It made for some slow waits. "

Staff were very friendly and helpful at all times, the reception area was lovely and a great place for breakfast (which was delicious and free for my daughter as she is 8 years old). "The hotel is in a beautiful location in the City of London. It is a short walk to the Tower Bridge and London Bridge. It was very quiet around the hotel, so it ensures a nice environment to sleep. Rooms were lovely with nice items for your comfort( tea, water, biscuits, robes, etc). I would stay again in the future. "
