Candy NY - fun and convenient!
Candy is in a great upper west side neighborhood, and conveniently located next to the 96th street subway stop, making it very easy to get out and about in NY. The staff was friendly and helpful, and overall it was clean and felt safe. The lounge always had people around using the wi-fi connection, and although I spent minimal time there except to sleep (It’s NY! Why would you hang out in a hotel??)...it was great for that. A little loud here and there, and a little cold in my room (it was 15 degrees that week), but all do-able. I’d recommend it and stay there again.

Hated my room
The room was fitted out with a bed and a tv. I know it was cheap, but I expected at least a small sink with running cold water and a chair. But bed was comfortable, room was clean. Had noisy neighbours with kids, think they live there permanently. Shared Bathrooms were ok and clean. Staff friendly so overall ok.

not bad, compare to the price. walk distance to central park. no tv and wifi in the rooms. clean. nice staffs.
