The staff of this hotel make it! Their constant attention to you is remarkable. The little things matter - like extra pillows, a surprise glass of champagne in the afternoon when you are lounging after a day of site -seeing and helping you to open doors etc. The hotel rooms, while smaller than the standard, are so well designed for comfort. Very impressive to see what can be done to provide comfort in a smaller space! Overall, I highly recommend this hotel! A hidden gem!
