"Very good quick service had a lovely stay"

"Good for short stay"

"Good location and hotel was ok"

"Amazing supporting staff and clean rooms"

"We loved Ferrum! It’s a close location to Wembley Stadium and near a ton of grocery stores and restaurants. We also traveled from the airport to the hotel and the train dropped us right across the street, which is a huge plus!! Everyone was so nice to us and the description on the listing when we booked matched exactly what was said. Didn’t even realize with the full kitchen we got everything we needed to cook, which is a huge plus if you want to stay in and cook a meal"

"Great hotel, incredibly well placed for Wembley and everything you need for a comfortable stay."

"Good experience!"

"Fantastic Location! Love the location of the hotel. Staff is accommodating and helpful. Overall good experience"

"We usually always stay in a hotel when down at Wembley but we thought we would try an apartment this time. We will never go back to hotel rooms! This place was amazing and the family all loved it. The apartment was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. We will definitely visit again next time we are down. We couldn’t ask for any more."

"All good"

"Only a 15 walk to Wembley, and a lovely clean apartment. We will definitely book again."

"Fantastic place to stay, staff was very kind and accommodating! Thank you again :)))))"

Staff was courteous and welcoming. It was a bit pricey for the four days we stayed though. Otherwise, everything was great."

"Very convenient and walking distance to Wembley stadium, the trains, dining and shopping"

"Relatively clean and comfortable, but it was next door to an Irish Pub and the walls/windows were not insulated for sound. Good news is they played a bunch of bangers! Bad news is they played them until 2 am. Great place if you're looking to party till late. Bad option if you want to sleep while it's dark..."

"Very disappointing experience. There was no communication from the property before arrival despite five attempts to contact them. We arrived at 5:15pm, well after the 3pm check-in time, yet two people were still in the property washing up and cleaning. Had we arrived at 3pm, the property clearly would not have been ready. The cleanliness was unacceptable. Plates and pans needed washing before use, there were dirty cups in the dishwasher, mouldy cheese in the fridge and a freezer that appeared...
