We had a really pleasant 11 day stay. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was good and a great way to start the day. All staff we interacted with were friendly, welcoming and genuinely helpful. A special mention to Sav, one of the duty managers, who was always helpful and went out of his way to assist us whenever we needed anything. Arrived early made very welcome, supplied with a pair of slippers and got upgrade ,shown to our spacious room with stunning view of the river. Breakfast was very well presented on bone china, the hot breakfast was prepared fresh while we ate the fruit course. Families children came and said hello then they went off to school.
