Needed somewhere in Summerlin (a suburb in the west of Vegas) when visiting a relative, so we didn't need to be anywhere near the strip. This was a great find; clean, quiet, comfortable, good value and convenient for shops and restaurants. The pool was quiet and pleasant, reception staff were helpful.
The room was a one bedroom apartment with lounge/dining area, kitchen, washer/dryer, so very spacious for two. More of an apartment complex than a hotel, but that suited us fine.

Frank at the front desk is amazing.
He is very great at his job and he was able to help make our stay comfortable and wonderful. The breakfast is filling and clean and delicious. The other front desk gentlemen were also very amazing and accommodating.

I had a wonderful stay at Flamingi Bay Resort, the staff were so very friendly and attentive. My apartment was very spacious and well equipped, I liked the peace and quiet away from the strip but could always hop on a shuttle bus (provided free) to the strip if I wanted to. The resort had a lovely pool which was clean and maintained daily, I would definitely stay again if ever I visited Vegas again.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, room was spacious and clean. We only issue is you do not get a fridge or anything to make coffee these really would be a great addition to the room. There is a nice machine on each level. The room did also come with gowns and slippers and toiletries. I would definitely stay here again great location.

Excellent stay from start to finish. Everyone from valets to bar tenders were attentive and professional. It’s a little far from the main strip but that’s part of its attraction, quite with none of the manic atmosphere of the rest of the strip. The perfect place to unwind and pamper yourself
