"I didn’t get a mountain view room. They told me that one wasn't available and that because I booked on a 3rd party site, they don't guarantee that's the type of room I'd get. VERY disappointed! Also, the magnifying mirror was dirty and the shower didn’t drain properly. Why pay an extra amount for a certain type of room of it's not guaranteed?"

"Wash promised a pool view; I got a view of the parking garage. I was all the way at the end of the hall on the second floor. Only one door in and out of the resort on the tower. "

"The young man at the counter didn’t give very good directions for me to get to my room. I had to load and unload the concierge cart twice and when I went to the front desk upset, they all looked at me like I was the problem. I stay here a lot and was very disappointed this time around "
