Absolutely amazing hotel and staff, definitely one of the very best hotels in the world

We are a family with under 3 toddler. The hotel was super for everything, clean, friendly staff, very helpful and polite. Even in the event of coronavirus, the hotel made perfect arrangements to ensure safety of guests. The hotel is ideally located immediately next to Marina mall and many restaurants, plus the wonderful marina walk. Highly recommended and excellent value.

The apartment was a great size and very clean. Although the restaurant was. Ring refurbished the hotel had switched one of the apartments into the dining room and breakfast was also very good. The staff were brilliant and very helpful with anything we required. Would definitely stay there again the next time we visit Dubai

Hotel was great. In a great location with impeccable service. Super clean good sized rooms, lovely breakfast. Every member of staff I met couldn’t do enough for me. Would recommend.

The hotel itself is brilliant. Well equipped with some of the friendliest staff around. The only issue is the surrounding area is a building site. The noise is rarely an issue unless you open your balcony door but it also means there is nothing to do around the property nor are there any nearby places to eat/visit This is offset by the good transport links and the excellent free valet parking.

The Address is the most luxurious hotel I have ever stayed in. It is so well maintained that it looks like it has just been built. The bedroom and bathroom were enormous. Aside from the usual facilities, there is free bottled water and an iPad in the bedroom. The bedroom and bathroom had excellent views over the Marina. Came for a short break with a friend for 3 nights as a treat from hubby. Trying to choose the ideal hotel can be an exciting yet exhausting task but I'm so happy that we finally chose this one and it certainly lived up to expectations. Great location, central to the Burj Khalifa/ Dubai Mall & the Palm. Very near the metro, easy to get cabs/ Uber. 20 mins from the airport. Great pool area on the roof with good views over the city & to the coast/ Burj Al Rab. Reasonable prices, good breakfast served until a very civilised 12 o’clock. Recommended.

I stayed at property for 6 Days with my family. It was really a good experience with Zabeel House By Jumeirah. Staff is very polite and helpful. They took care of all my needs during the stay. Breakfast was good with lots of options. It's located near Dubai Internet city metro station , Dubai RTA bus stand is just opposite to the hotel. There is a supermarket at the corner. I enjoyed all the facilities like swimming pool , Gym . Room service is fast.

A family of four. Two teenagers in their own room. We booked two executive ocean rooms in the Al Qars . The upgrade was excellent value as your picked up at the airport, you can eat and drink in the executive or premium lounge and you have your own concierge. The staff all call you by your name and they genuinely make an effort to be personal and authentic.
