This was an amazing stay. We stayed for 13 nights and they made us feel like family. We had tears in our eyes when we were leaving, from the front desk, to the pool guys (especially Jayesh and Kamal) to the door fellas who took good care of us and our amazing room attendants! We can't say enough about this property and their employees!

2nd visit to Ritz Dubai and have travelled to Ritz Naples many times in the past 15 years . My favourite current hotel and has improved considerably since my last visit in 2021. Tamoka is a fantastic evening restaurant at the hotel .

The Ritz Carlton is unbelievable beautiful. The staff is on a other level. Best Place for relaxing in a fast growing city full of exiting places to enjoy. The restaurants are amazing, the rooms are fantastic. Pool and beach are on the next level. The gym and spa are fantastic. We come back next year. Thanks to the staff for making us feel at home

Best Hotel

Amazing week in the Ritz-Carlton Dubai. Everything was perfect from arrival in the reception to the service in the restaurants and bars. Would recommend everyone to go to this hotel.

The best among the best. My wife and I had the most amazing experience during our stay in this hotel. All the personnel without exception was amazing, kind and very professional. They really know what service is about. My wife and I receive the most beautiful welcome and during our stay we felt like at home due to the kindness and hospitality of the staff. The in-room team did an amazing job to make us feel like we were in paradise. We made a good friend, Edwin, the security person. He is an amazing person. We left with a memorable experience. Thanks to all the staff who in anyway made our stay unforgettable.

Staff, rooms were excellent - everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Grounds were beautiful - one area of concern was lack of sun in pool areas - and there were a lot of ants in these areas as well.

Everything was wonderful and courtesy of the staff was outstanding. I would recommend trying the spa, specifically the 3D Collagen facial and ask for Mai, you’re welcomed.

Service at the hotel is world class, every single member of staff with a smile on their face and can’t do enough to help you. Hotel, grounds and spa are glorious. The only downside I can say is the noise from the construction site during the night as the workers are working 24/7. The new construction site, coupled with the Five Luxe blocks out the sun for most of the day at the pool areas which is a shame.

Excellent hotel in the Dubai Marina area. Friendly service, great housekeeping. Our maid Kedek has done a great job. A nice beach with plenty of sunbeds. Great ambience. Interior of the rooms might require refurbishing soon. And poorly designed storage space in the room. All in all, an excellent holiday spot away from the. Dubai crowds

Room issue.

The first night I woke up to a completely wet floor from a leak, and the controle for the AC didn’t work. They did change my room, but no letter apologizing for the horrible night. They use to put flowers in the room, but not one flower. I have staid at this Ritz many times, but must say it was disappointing. The room staff were amazing and welcoming though.

Great location but disappointing stay

We felt the following were items with room for improvement at the The Ritz JBR Dubai: The Club lounge wasn't very welcoming and lacked atmosphere. Despite the dress code requirements for the club lounge, in the morning, lunch time and evening there were guests wearing beach or gym wear(sometimes wet clothing). There didn't appear to be enough staff on in the club lounge during busy periods which left tables uncleared and people waiting for drinks etc. On the beach we expected the usual Ritz service but once our sunbeds were made up and we were given cold water in a cooler, no staff came to see if we needed anything for the whole time we were on the beach. Club lounge reception staff were not very welcoming and often didn't look up from their computer screens. (Which is probably why the dress code isn't being monitored and controlled). Our experience as a whole wasn't as expected and as a result we won't be staying there again.
