We are a family with under 3 toddler. The hotel was super for everything, clean, friendly staff, very helpful and polite. Even in the event of coronavirus, the hotel made perfect arrangements to ensure safety of guests. The hotel is ideally located immediately next to Marina mall and many restaurants, plus the wonderful marina walk. Highly recommended and excellent value.

Hotel was great. In a great location with impeccable service. Super clean good sized rooms, lovely breakfast. Every member of staff I met couldn’t do enough for me. Would recommend.

Very helpful staff in the hotel especially in the club lounge

What a beautiful, luxurious hotel. Me and my sister thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Each staff at the hotel, from reception, concierge boys to the room cleaners (Manish!), and the boutique owners on GF were ever so kind and thoughtful - always had a smile and sweet words to say! It was a very comfortable stay. The location is on point! Will definitely be staying at Sofitel Dubai Jumeirah Beach again very soon!

It was an Amazing time for me once again love it and will come back to rixos soon

Overall we really enjoyed our stay, staff were helpful, lovely hotel just a couple of minutes walk to beach. The breakfast was excellent a lot of variety. The only slight downfall was waiting to get access to our room when we arrived , it would have been good if we were allocated another room whilst waiting as we had to wait along time. Otherwise me and my husband really loved our stay and would definitely visit again.

Amazing hotel addition to JBR. Highly recommend it.

Arrived early and received an upgrade so I could access my room earlier than 3pm.

3rd visit having tried other local hotels. This is better for location, facilities and above all staff. Girls in the exec suite (Jamesse for example) are lovely and can’t do enough for you. Great place to stay 👍

Great

Stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment with a sea view. Very spacious, with easy access to the beach and 'the walk' with a number of shops and restaurants. Great for the kids and the grown ups too.

Stayed at this hotel for 4 days, and really enjoy everything about it. We had the 2 bedroom suite for 4 of us 2 adults and 2 children, which was fabulous, very spaceous with a beautiful view of the pool, beach and sea. The staff were very helpful, friendly and plentiful, and absolutely loved the little touches of fresh fruit brought around to guests at the pool and beach, also cold towels which was most welcome in the Dubai heat and cleaning sunglasses by the staff!!! Sunbeds were very...

Quite simply the best hotel in Dubai Fantastic food and fine wine You have your own private beach Staff who really want to make your holiday special Walk out the front door and you will find many shops and restaurants Yip just perfect

The Sheraton Hotel is the ideal hotel for exploring Dubai. Although it is at the southern end of the city the Metro and tram stops are just a few minutes walk away, as is the Marina, an enjoyable mixture of boats, shops, and restaurants. The Walk, with beachside shops and restaurants, is adjacent to the hotel. The room was very comfortable, and the beds were particularly so, which is not always the case in a hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and made us feel special. We were...

Suha Appartments is located at JBR, directly in front of the JBR1 Tram stop, and right on Jumeriah Walk and the Beach. The Room was well appointed, and suited my needs perfectly (Single traveller). The Hotel pool area was well kept, and they provided towels (which wasn't clear on the internet). The area is safe, and well serviced with restaurants etc. I was only on the 1st Floor and had no issues with Street noise. Although it was Ramadan and Dubai was very quiet generally. Public...

Service in the hotel was excellent and the room was spacious and spotlessly clean.
