Generally very nice and clean. Food options weren’t varied and very expensive. Beach felt very packed in like sardines. No kids club program or evening entertainment.

We chose this hotel because of it’s beach location. Unfortunately we were not able to use pool and beach because of loud music that makes us run as fare as possible from hotel beach. It is ruined our vacation!!!

Check in on arrival was great. Got a room earlier so we could rest after traveling. First impression was staff was really not that friendly. Must be the Russian clients that seems to be always angry looking and staff is just playing along. No one took our bags to the room just handed the keys and be on our way, but did take the passports and then had somone bring them up to the room. Beach staff seemed uninterested in taking orders for food or drinks. Might want to take some lessons from RIU Hotels in Mexixo. The good part was the restaurants, great staff, seems to be happy to serve you. Room was clean and with good view and decor. Over all its an OK hotel for the price. I think they could do a lot better with service side for the price.

Great stay! Nice, clean, comfortable, great service, pool and beach access which was amazing. The gym is the best one I've seen in a hotel. Nice and close to local restaurants & bars. You can't go wrong here.
