"The customer service from every single staff member was 100%. From the second we got out the taxi which was after 1:30 am. Efficient check in Process then heading to a comfortable room. Have to mention Sultana who really helpful when planning days out and giving us great deals. The concierge service was really helpful as well. In the mornings the lifts were busy for breakfast but the staff member(sorry I can’t remember her name),was doing a great job helping and controlling the lifts. The breakfast choices were incredible from a traditional options to Indian breakfast. Next time I book a holiday in Dubai this is my hotel choice."

We had the pleasure of staying at the One&Only Royal Mirage (Arabian Court) for just under a week, and our experience was nothing short of phenomenal. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with such warmth that we immediately felt at home. However, we want to give special recognition to one individual who made a lasting impression: Linn, the front desk receptionist. Linn was absolutely terrific in every interaction.
