"Gayla at the Front Desk is the absolute best part of this facility. Friendly, efficient, helpful, the best. However, the room was filthy. Toilet seat actually had dried feces on it which I cleaned off myself. Rug filled with crumbs. One lamp totally unfunctional. Since it was a short overnight stay with an early airport departure, I chose not to contact desk or change rooms. "

"I was surprised to see this property rated around an 8 in many places—because in my opinion, it’s truly excellent. The views are absolutely stunning, and the staff are consistently helpful, kind, and hardworking. There are several pools to choose from, but we spent most of our time at the main pool. It has a tropical vibe, amazing drinks, and service that is both friendly and prompt. We also enjoyed both breakfast and dinner on-site, and every meal was wonderful. While there’s no ocean, the atmosphere still gives off a relaxed, Mexico-like feel. I loved the décor style, and there are plenty of nearby hiking trails for those who want to explore. Having a Starbucks on-site was a great bonus as well. The golf cart service is fantastic—they’ll pick you up and take you wherever you need to go, which makes getting around easy and enjoyable. Overall, this place is truly a hidden gem, and one we’ll likely return to again and again."

"Bathroom was not cleaned properly. Outside garbage by entrance door was overflowing when we arrived late afternoon and had not been emptied the next morning. Garbage had spread to the parking lot. Would not stay here again. "
