"Room shower dispensers were empty & 1 washcloth in room. We stayed 2 nites & were out of room all day but it wasn't tidied up on our return. TV wouldn't turn off or change channels. Front ofc cashier had a negative attitude, slightly snoddy. Cigarette butt on floor of hallway & lingering smell of unusual odor. Our key wouldn't allow us access Saturday nite after long day & evening at an event. We had to trouble the 'not so nice front-ofc gal'. She was talking to us behind the wall upon our approach to the counter. Explained that key card wouldn't work. She scolded us for carrying it in our wallet. I'll book at another motel next time. Customer Service and safety should be a top priority for this establishment."

"Listing on hotels.com states there is parking, but there is NO reserved parking. You will be forced to find parking on the street, and you may or may not have to pay for it. Going through the pre-check in process was painful, they use lousy apps to get your deposit, ask for ID, and finally let you know there won't be parking. Options in this area are limited, not sure if we'd stay here again."

"The staff was very welcoming upon arrival and my room was clean when I arrived as well. It was nice and cool in my rom after it being hot outside. Parking was convenient and there were lots of amenities to try. The bed was comfortable and I felt safe in my room."
