"We had a 3 night stay at Sonesta and since we got there we noticed that our bathroom sink wasn’t draining. We notified the staff and they said they would go take a look, however, our entire stay our sink was flooded to the top. It made things really inconvenient for us when when getting ready. "

"The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, however the next morning we found dried blood stains on the bed comforter. The roof top deck was nice, but the pool was very small. The front staff were not friendly and did not greet us when we walked up to the counter. They looked at us like “what do you want”. The one was on her phone and looked annoyed I asked to check out. Breakfast was okay, scrambled eggs were gross. Overall it was okay. We wont stay again. "

"They have a rep at the window but have u proceed with rude virtual rep. Charging me for fees I get to check in early but then they add that they don’t have the room they stated and now u have to pay more with an add on plus the early check in fee. They refuse to help you at the window but if something is wrong on the virtual rep end she still has to assist clients that were initially sent to the virtual rep. Key wouldn't open had to go back again.. Just terrible administration Very nice cleaning staff "

"What a fantastic hotel right in the heart of Tempe. Easy walking distance to Tempe Beach Park and everything on Mill Avenue. Great rooftop, pool bar and entertainment along with a great restaurant and staff. And to top it off, they are pet friendly. We had a wonderful stay!!"

"Sigh...I have been choosing to stay at the Moxy since we moved my daughter into ASU a year and a half ago. This last visit was very disappointing with issue after issue. These included a leak in the bathroom which lead to 3 requests for clean towels after cleaning the leak. The door lock needing to be charged. The TV remote not being responsive. And then add 15 9-12 year old boys running and screaming and splashing. I have second thoughts about booking here again in the future."
