"Breakfast - The biscuits and gravy were really good. There was also fresh fruit, bagels, bread, cereal, a waffle station, bacon, and eggs (powdered, but understandable due to the avian flu outbreak). Staff/Building - The staff was helpful and checking in/out was super easy. They also have luggage storage, which is a definite plus. You either need a key card just to get into the building or you need to be buzzed in by the front desk. No random people could just walk in off the street, so I felt safe here. There is a small market/shop between the front desk and the elevator for any essentials or snacks you need. Room - The bed was very comfortable. The shower was good. I had to search a little to locate the hair dryer (it was in a drawer under the tv). The curtains don't close to block the sun, so if you're not a morning person, you might want to bring an eye mask. The wifi is good enough for streaming Netflix and Youtube, but maybe not for gaming (I have yet to stay in a hotel that has free wifi fast enough for online gaming, but I still check). I only had to wait for an elevator once. Most times, I could get on it right away. Location - It's across the street from the Arizona Center, which has shopping, dining, and a movie theater. It's also walking distance to the science center and some historical buildings. If you like ghost tours, many of them start around that square. It's also very close to the airport, about 20 or 25 minutes (by car, not walking)."

"We just love this hotel. The Blue Hound is such a great restaurant/bar to have in a hotel. Loved the master mixology class at 4pm and the free social hour at 5pm. Also, the free coffee bar in the morning is just a nice touch. It gets old having to pay $8 for coffee in the morning as a hotel guest at so many places. The rooftop bar Eden is really cool too but was too cold the night we were there. Can't wait to come back."
