"The only issue i had was a consistent clicking noise that was in the room all night. Not sure where it was coming from, maybe HVAC but it made it hard to sleep."

"This was the best priced hotel in the area. Super close to the Van Buren and other downtown Phoenix bars and restaurants. Lots of things tondo in walking distance. The walls are pretty thin, so if you are a light sleeper or looking for some peace and quiet, this may not be the hotel for you. I could hear bass rattling the walls all night until 2, and the traffic noise was pretty loud at times. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay. If you want convenience and a low price, and don’t mind the noise (or if you have a bluetooth speaker to play ocean sounds while you sleep), then this may work for you too."

"Old hotel and being preserved however cleaning staff and front desk is not that great. With no parking made it tough."

"Nice simple room in a tall downtown building. Valet Parking with prompt return when you call the desk from your room. Grab n go breakfast choices and complimentary coffee. Across the elevator lobby is a good Mediterranean restaurant/bar. We enjoyed a steak salad, a kebab plate, and a hummus appetizer. The only concern I had was that the shower floor tile was slippery and I had to be cautious."
