"There was no cable in the rooms. Was not “renewed” was told. That equals not paid to me. And 5.00 per day parking?? For what?? It’s not a highly sought after area.. "

"I’ve been in 8 cities the past 60 days and this was BY FAR the worst of all the places I’ve stayed which surprised me because Extended Stays are usually pretty decent. When I first got there, the staff was nice and welcoming so I had high hopes, but then I got to the room. The room smelled terrible (like old Chinese food to be specific). We turned the vent on the microwave and the bathroom on full blast and it helped a little but the smell lingered in the room the full 3 days we were there. Then came the bed…we pulled back the covers and the sheets were dirty and stained. I called the front desk and they were short handed so she couldn’t bring anything up but said I could go down and pick up clean sheets…which I did. The room itself is a good size and has a nice “full size” fridge which was great, but there is no shampoo, soap, paper towels, or anything else that would be useful. I did pick up some soap at the same time as the sheets but you would think that should be a normal thing that is part of turning the room. Finally, the hotel advertises that breakfast is included…if that is breakfast, then I’m Santa Claus! “Breakfast” was a handful of granola bars and packaged boiled egged which were suspended in liquid in a plastic bag and looked disgusting. THAT’S IT!! And that was only there one of the mornings we were there. No juice, no milk, no bread, NOTHING!! So to summarize, the front staff was friendly but that is the only positive. I would avoid this place at all cost! "

"The photos didn’t match the room I was given. The room smelled like smoke and the room was old and worn down. Ended up not staying there"

"We booked a room with two queen beds which was not honored. My kids had to sleep on a sofa bed with springs in their back all night. Everything else was okay."

"The gal that checked us in, she said her name was Rhonda, was not workable at all. I reserved a NON- SMOKING room & room 207 smelled terrible. It hurt my throat to breathe. She said there were no other rules and I asked to be refunded and she said no she could not do that. What was weird is I went into the office later in the night time to get a new pillowcase because the pillowcase one of them were filthy& and Emily was working and said that the girl Rhonda should have refunded me. There was no reason that Rhonda said that she could not. It sounds like she was working against Motel 6 policy. Anyways, because of this situation, I will not stay at a motel six again.
