"The amenities at the property were outstanding. The pool, the hot tub, the gym and the breakfast were all excellent. When I arrived to check in, there was a sign at the front desk helping another guest as I waited. I heard someone in the back I said, excuse me, and then they came out. The gentleman was nice but yet I thought it was unfair that they put this sign out and they were just sitting in the back in the first room he gave me the heater was not working and he graciously changed me to another room what I noticed in both rooms was that there was no remote control for the TV. The location was conveniently located around entertainment, venues, and close by the airport."
