"I stay here once a month with my wife and everything usually is amazing but this time. When I first got there the staff couldn’t find my reservation. And instead of helping me figure it with why my reservation won’t showing. All she did was tell me over And over that she couldn’t find my reservation that she couldn’t help. Well after a hour and a half of sitting in my car and paying for the room twice with the help of Hotel.com C.S. I finally figured it out. Than at about 1:00am our AC unit started making a really loud banging and scraping noise. So we were forced to unplug it. Which led to a ready long an uncomfortable night. Staff didn’t do anything about composing for the problem"
