"The two rooms I reserved was nasty. I checked in through a kiosk machine, so I was unaware how to report the rooms because it was not a physical person onsite. The heater didn't stay on. It was food in the rooms. Shrimp shells in one room. No clean towels in neither hotel and dirty tubs. Also it was roaches in the room and one was found in the bed. I have been trying to reach someone to help me and NO I DONT WANT A COUPON BECAUSE I WILL NEVER VISIT ANOTHER MOTEL 6."

"We did not have a good stay here. We checked in and went up to our room and the key did not work. Went back to the front desk they said they reactivated the key so I went back to try again and it still didn’t work. Went back to the office and the employee came up to the room and tried to open it but it still didn’t work so he gave us a different room. I paid for a two bed room and the room I was put in was a one bed. The hotel was in okay shape but I should have received compensation for paying for two beds and only receiving one. Also, the charge on my card has went from pending to posted and the $50 deposit was not taken off. "

"Room was okay, awesome size, could just tell it was a little used tho. staff nice, breakfast was good, nice people staying there. As a female solo traveler i felt safe, but note there was outside access to where my room was in building four, but the area seemed okay, i walked around during day no problems and at night to the convenience store no problems. Pool and hot tub were nice.Id suggest this is great for families or if ur staying a long time, but I enjoyed my one night there."

"The water park was so much fun! Rooms were beautiful. I loved how many pools they had. Golf course was gorgeous. The water park should’ve stayed open a couple hours later."

"Nice clean room, breakfast was typical for a continental, nice quiet area and very kind & helpful staff. The pool area was cute & clean. Housekeeping was in our room while we were gone which has never happened to me before therefore my husband threw out our alcoholic beverage for safety concerns."
