"Beautiful place to stay "

"CONS: Heavily scented cleanser used in the room. With everyone's sensitivities today why are they using scented products at all. Even though the room was a kitchenette suite there was no utensils, dishes, or cooking pots and pans. Bathroom sink didn't drain well. Could not get the shower water hot enough. There is a fan through the wall that does not have an alarm off switch so I had to listen to that all night. Coffee in the lobby was so bad I had to drive elsewhere to get decent coffee. Surprisingly not too much road noise. PROS: The bed was extremely comfortable. Location is awesome. Otherwise well-appointed and updated. Note: there should be signs to the elevator and room numbers. For safety - I would appreciate cameras in the passageways"

"Excellent stay with comfort and great location ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We stayed two nights at SpringHill Suites Tempe at Arizona Mills Mall, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The hotel is located in a convenient and quiet area surrounded by shops and restaurants, with easy access to main roads. Parking was spacious and well-marked, and check-in was quick and friendly. Our King Suite was roomy, clean, and very comfortable — featuring a microwave, mini-fridge, coffee maker, and a smart TV. The bed was great, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the soundproofing kept the room peaceful. Breakfast in the lobby each morning offered a solid variety with fresh coffee, fruit, and hot items. The staff members were polite, professional, and attentive. We also enjoyed the outdoor pool area, which was clean and nicely designed, perfect for relaxing in the Arizona sun. There’s also a small fitness center and ice machines available on every floor — very convenient for longer stays. Overall, this property felt well-maintained and secure, delivering great value for the price. I’d definitely stay here again when visiting Tempe or the Phoenix area. "

"Front desk very pleasant, room very clean. Breakfast items were cold. The warmers either didn't work or won't turned on. Eggs,gravy sausage all were cold. Would've been a great breakfast if hot."
