"The property is eclectic but highlights are the great pool and enormous hot tub. Staff are attentive and friendly. As they are transitioning they currently offer free breakfast and a meaningful discount on drinks and food in the bar/restaurant If you appreciate a bit of funky character and great staff it is a great value for the location "

"In room refrigerator was so loud, I had to unplug it. Smoke alarm started chirping at 1 am. Had to have someone come change the battery. Started chirping again at 3 am. Same person came and just pulled it out of the wall. Spent the rest of the night without a functional smoke alarm. Less than ideal. Also, got maybe three hours of sleep. Will not return to this property.i"

"My night's stay was brief and didn't have time to enjoy luxuries provided. But, in the end my stay was wonderful. Room was very clean and nice. Attend concert nearby at Arizona Financial Theater close walk. Sound room slept well. "

"The hotel is under construction which we were never told about prior to booking. Open construction tarps allowed drywall dust to blow everywhere, including to breakfast dining area. Within 5 minutes of being in our room I discovered the bathroom sink was clogged. We were given a new room which was better but the sound of the jackhammer still rose to the fourth floor. Pool area patio has chipped gravel all over. In summary, do not stay at this Fairfield by Marriott. It’s a mess!"

"I had paid online for the room and then I got there I had to pay it again so I paid twice for one night. "
