The biggest complaint was housekeeping. Not enough help there either. It would take the housekeeper until very late afternoon to get too our room...after we already needed towels, etc."

"Everything was top notch about this hotel and facilities, and want to make sure it gets a 5 star rating, but, the only issue was repeated missed or exremely late servicing of our room. We complained and it did not make a difference. We needed to hunt for someone to give us towels 4 times in a week after coming back from the pool and our room not done. Other than that, the west pool was amazing (the east was great as well, but not as new and fancy), the pool service was great, very reasonable prices at pool, ice chests of free cold water was a bonus, very clean facilities and generally friendly staff. Will definitley go back. "
