"This hotel was good. It was in a nice area (felt safe walking around for morning walks). The pool was clean and pretty large, and my kids really enjoyed spending time in it. The pool area also looks out over a mountain and nice landscaping which was pleasant. We never had to fight for pool chairs :). There were also a couple of entertainment things and hang out areas which my kids liked (ping pong, putting green, pool table, fire pit). Our room was large and fairly quiet, but we felt that the carpets could use a deep clean (our socks were filthy after walking around on it). We also felt that a “vacation club” should offer an on-site dining/bar option. I guess I had just assumed that the resort had that and was disappointed that it did not. Everything comes with trade-offs. Overall, it was a nice place."

"Beautiful facility, fantastic staff. Dinged for the resort fees and poor restaurant food. Skirt steak was boot leather and the whole place smelled of kerosene. "

"No fridge, microwave or breakfast.Had to pay for outdoor parking. Flooring needs replaed. Beds were comfortable and the staff was the best. Very friendly. "

"There is people drinking and smoking drugs throughout the complex. Front desk staff are rude and unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. "
