"What Hyatt didn’t tell me all about was the $35.00 per day resort fee or the $35.00 upgrade fee. Yes, I was charged for the uprgrade. There is also a valet fee of $25 per day as well. All in all one of the beat hotels in Phoenix. "Great location , love boutique /small hotel . Awesome restaurant. Rooms are large high ceilings . Service pool side is better than most. People are friendly and fun on staff.
