We were given the wrong password for wifi, there was 1 1/2 bathrooms not 2 like advertised, floor tiles were loose in upstairs hallway, soap dispenser was falling off wall, we ran out of toilet paper and dish soap, missing one remote for tv, dishes were dirty in the cabinet. We contacted the service manager for remote, toilet paper and soap but got ni response. He did give us the correct wifi. "

8/10 Good
"The rooms I was assigned had an absolutely awful odor. It was like a sewage stench that made me gag, so I requested a new room immediately after walking into the first one I was given. They moved me right away. Second room in a different building had the same smell, only less intense. It did not dissipate over the course of my stay. Debated about going to a different resort but my reservation was prepaid so I knew I would not get money back. Someone I assume was a manager comped me tacos once for the inconvenience. Other than that issue, it was a good stay. Pools were nice, staff were good, bed and seating in room were super comfortable. Food and drinks were good, nothing great. Got ignored a lot by poolside servers so had to go to the bar for ordering - going to the bar was not a big deal but didnโ€™t appreciate when servers just walked by and only approached certain guests. I donโ€™t think Iโ€™d stay here again."
