"The staff is delightful and the food is excellent. Just try and request a room with a view as not all rooms have a view. Meaning a balcony with a view. They were able to move my room to get me a better view. But I recommend calling the resort ahead of time to reiterate you want a view. It is a peaceful paradise where you can get away from it all!"

"It was the perfect location for our trip. the room was great. However there needs to be a bit of thought in sound deadening as the echo chamber that is the lobby travels down the corridor and straight into the rooms that are near the lobby, both nights of our stay had a group of mothers with children in the living room there and the children where running around yelling and screaming and having fun as children do which we enjoy usually but one the area is not a play ground and it was 10:00 PM....

"The Omni spa and the spa pool were the highlight of the resort. Very beautiful spa! We bought the Joya signature scent spray. We did notice that at the Oasis pool the empty dirty glasses from the night before were all around the pool and hot tub. We called at noon to ask to have staff come clean up.
